Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship among demographic, clinical characteristics, and psychosocial factors related salivary cortisol in children with leukemia. Methods: research was a descriptive cross-sectional design. The sample leukemia Dr. Sardjito General Hospital Yogyakarta from January February 2018 size 30 respondents who had met inclusion criteria, aged 6-18 years, did not experience an emergency condition, eat drink minutes before saliva taken. Salivary samples were assessed for free levels using ELISA kit 96 wells DES661.
